Parade of Champions
You hear all sorts of things about these type of events. Just crazy. A quarter of a million people, 100+ degree heat, parking, driving, and mass transits issues. You are just crazy! Well, that I am.
My Dallas Mavericks!
Yes that’s right, My Dallas Mavericks. 19 years ago I moved to Dallas, and I needed a local team to embrace.
Build and Grow at Lowe’s
About a year ago my friend Brent told me about the “Build and Grow” program that Lowe’s sponsors. Well my curiosity once again got the best of me.

Ranger’s Opening Day 2011
April Fools Day, 10 am start, 25 friends and friends of friends, a lot of beer, 40 brats, 4 sausage rolls, several jerk chicken thighs, 2-3 lbs of garlic chicken strips, 60 or so tortillas, 3-4 bags of peanuts, a lot of chips, throw in some M&Ms and a little antacid.
Look at me, I am Three!
Our oldest turned 3 today. We had a small party for Blake at Chucky Cheese’s. I’m not sure if both Blake and Brayden were more enamored with the games or the tickets that came out after playing the game. I guess in the end it does not really matter, because Blake had fun either way!
Happy Birthday Blake!
