In spring 2009 we made the journey to Paris, France to see Aunt Renee. Blake was elated to get to spend time with his aunt. To this day he talks about his Aunt Renee. Renee and Jerome were gracious hosts.
They took off work to show us the ins and outs of the area. We covered much territory in the 13 days we were there. With a 13 month in tow, we made it to many historic sites.
Among some of our favorites were the Louvre, The Palace Versailles, Monet’s home – Giverney, and Notre Dame Cathedral.
It was absolutely beautiful there. Everything was so green. Much cooler than home but, a nice break from the heat.
