We’ve finally finished the last piece to Blake’s Baseball bedroom set. We have had the fan for over a year, but the baseball globe was broken.

No Daycare Blues Here
We placed our son Blake in Day Care this past Monday at the Goddard School in order to help with his social interactions. As a parent you are always told this will be a hard day for both you and your child.
Look at me, I am Three!
Our oldest turned 3 today. We had a small party for Blake at Chucky Cheese’s. I’m not sure if both Blake and Brayden were more enamored with the games or the tickets that came out after playing the game. I guess in the end it does not really matter, because Blake had fun either way!
Happy Birthday Blake!
Blake Thanking Aunt Renee
Halloween 2010 has come and gone. Unfortunately, I missed this years festivities as I was attending a World Series game. For more on that see my next post. However, the rest of the family did partake.

Imagination
The possibilities are boundless… Our two-year old, Blake, loves to use his imagination. One day he is a doctor using a blanket as a stethoscope asking me to be his nurse as we give daddy (aka the patient) a shot. Or he is creating a ‘zoo’ out of spines of books and placing small stuffed animals in there with ‘food’ to eat. Â
The hardest part about camping is…
- not the setup (btw, tent poles suck)
- not the cleanup
Potty Party
Can I just leave it at that. Please? Yeah, I did not think so. My wife had a idea a while back to use what I will call the bribe of a party to entice my eldest son, Blake, into using his potty. Of course I’m in, no way is this going to work, right? Well, wrong once again.
