Blake took his maiden voyage on our boat over the past weekend. Even though it was 105°, he wanted to go. We took a lot of sunscreen, a lot of water, and a couple of spray bottles. Thankfully we purchased a sunbrella shade a few years back. With the shade, the heat becomes somewhat tolerable. Okay maybe I’m losing it, I’m not sure 105° ever seems tolerable. Blake enjoyed the boat, but he did tell his dad to slow down a few times. The part he enjoyed the most was when his friend Adam and his dad were driving, slowly and in circles. All I can say is I hope this is the first of many. Now I just need to get Bray out there and we will be all set.
I take that back, when I can get them both up and on the wakeboard we will be all set.
