Arizona – 34 Iowa – 27

Ouch! Can’t let home teams have momentum through poor special teams play and the hawks did this the entire game. Great comeback, shows a lot about their fortitude and character. Problem is only people who watch the game will ever realize that. To everyone else it is simply a loss. We need to put a whipping on Ball State.

Always puts a warm feeling in my heart when the Hawks beat state. I hated seeing them give up that last quarter touchdown to end their streak of touchdownless quarters at 18, but a victory is just that a victory. I guess we will find out what we are made of next week in the desert
